The Comcast Tech

I'm Raymond. All my buds in the van call me The Ray Man and I been contracted with Comcast just for bout two weeks now. See they send us techs around and out on a calls. Depending on a problem I get about two hours to fix it. My first call this morning was to do a downgrade...boy usually they let you into the customer's apartment to scope out the place but this guy wasn't home so I just went around back of the building and pulled some lines out. Man, I just grabbed a whole bunch and yanked. Real easy gig. I love it.

If I gets done early, I have all that extra time to sit in my van wid da fellas. Its really great and sometimes I even learn stuff....like this one time a fella who couldn't get on that internet...well he showed me all about it.

You know opening the screen. Wow all that information...did you know you can send a letter over the internet? Hot damn it was fun. Never did figure out what was wrong with his line but I just sent another guy out on it.

Now, I got a walkie talkie and a cellphone. The walkie-talkie is for Comcast calls. I use my cellphone to handle all my "other calls." See cause I have all this time and a van, I get to make deliveries to get the "stuff" to the people. Boy, it's some good stuff, I usually try and roll one out in the morning to make sure it's quality you know. Gots to keep them customers satisfied.
