Sprint PCS

Sometimes, I get so excited over the unreasonable practices or misguided messaging of corporations that I end up writing a letter. Investigating my wireless bill resulted in the following letter to Sprint. If you are going to write complaint letters you should always quote the executives of the companies you are complaining to make your point. It just feels good. Enjoy.

Fair and flexible on a limited basis.

A fun read. I do hope it's not just tossed aside like a check-less birthday card. =(

Who knew a filed complaint could be so enjoyable. I really had to restrain myself from being cruel and over the top, for this I am most proud...unless I'm in my professionalism is for pussies mode. Then, I am just a pussy.

I was relieved to see that someone else was as exasperated with Sprint's billing ways as we were. We went in to change our plan to this great and wonderful fair and flexible plan that we heard so much about, but when we got our bill what a surprise to find overage charges that we weren't expecting. Their billing practices are atrocious. I was impressed by your letter to the CEO and will be promptly sending one off as well as contacting the customer service area did nothing to resolve our grievance. At least now I know who to contact.
